Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99
  • Free shipping on orders over £120

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: £14.99
  • Free shipping on orders over £200

All EU orders are shipped via DPD.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the final order value after all discounts, promotional codes, and offers have been applied.

If the discounted order value falls below the applicable free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union. We hope to offer shipping to additional countries in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become available after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost, or tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at info@thearchcompany.com or via our website contact form.

While The Arch Company cannot guarantee the actions or performance of third-party delivery providers, we will do our best to assist you in locating your parcel and resolving any delivery issues with the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

The Arch Company is not responsible for these additional charges and has no control over the fees imposed by customs authorities.

Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs processing (for EU orders), weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

While we will do our best to assist with any shipping issues, The Arch Company cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
