General Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Faulty Items
In the unlikely event your item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product entirely, contact us immediately at info@thearchcompany.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
If your return is accepted due to a fault, we will organise a return and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds for Faulty Items
Once we receive and inspect your faulty item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be automatically sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
